10 Yard Dumpster
12'L × 8'W × 4'H
A 10-yard dumpster holds around 3–4 pickup truck loads. It is good for small cleanouts, bathroom remodels, flooring, roofing shingles, concrete or dirt. Our most compact roll-off container, it is purpose-built for tight residential driveways and projects with a limited volume of debris. At just 4 feet tall, it is low enough to load by hand without a ramp, and its smaller footprint keeps heavy materials like concrete and dirt within a safe weight for the truck to haul.
- Small cleanouts
- Bathroom remodels
- Flooring
- Roofing shingles
- Concrete or dirt
Holds about 3–4 pickup truck loads

15 Yard Dumpster
15'L × 8'W × 4'H
A 15-yard dumpster holds around 4–6 pickup truck loads. It is good for garage cleanouts, small kitchen remodels, deck removal and medium roofing jobs. It strikes a balance between compact footprint and meaningful capacity — slightly longer than the 10 yard, it accommodates medium-volume projects without overwhelming a residential driveway, making it well-suited where a 10 yard would be too small but a 20 yard would be overkill.
- Garage cleanouts
- Small kitchen remodels
- Deck removal
- Medium roofing jobs
Holds about 4–6 pickup truck loads

20 Yard Dumpster
22'L × 8'W × 4.5'H
A 20-yard dumpster holds around 6–8 pickup truck loads. It is good for larger cleanouts, kitchen renovations, flooring, roofing and smaller construction projects. Our most popular size, it is the workhorse of residential and light-commercial projects — offering enough volume for full remodels while fitting comfortably in a standard driveway, giving contractors and homeowners room to work without frequent swap-outs.
- Larger cleanouts
- Kitchen renovations
- Flooring
- Roofing
- Smaller construction projects
Holds about 6–8 pickup truck loads

30 Yard Dumpster
22'L × 8'W × 6'H
A 30-yard dumpster holds around 9–12 pickup truck loads. It is good for whole-house cleanouts, major remodeling projects, demolition debris and bulky furniture. Standing 6 feet tall, it accommodates bulky materials and bulk debris that smaller containers cannot handle, making it the preferred choice for contractors managing multi-room remodels, commercial tenant build-outs, and significant demolition work where a 20 yard would fill too quickly.
- Whole-house cleanouts
- Major remodeling projects
- Demolition debris
- Bulky furniture
Holds about 9–12 pickup truck loads

40 Yard Dumpster
22'L × 8'W × 8'H
A 40-yard dumpster holds around 12–16 pickup truck loads. It is best for large construction projects, commercial cleanouts, major demolition and large amounts of bulky debris. Our largest container, it is engineered for maximum-capacity projects — at 8 feet tall and 22 feet long, it handles the heaviest volumes of construction and demolition debris, reducing the need for multiple container swaps on large job sites.
- Large construction projects
- Commercial cleanouts
- Major demolition
- Large amounts of bulky debris
Holds about 12–16 pickup truck loads
The dumpster size measures how much space it holds, not how much weight it can carry. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt and shingles should normally go into a 10-yard dumpster so the container doesn't become too heavy for the truck. A 30- or 40-yard dumpster is better for lighter, bulky debris.
